Dr. Karen Blake Ruffner, a retired professor from the University of Wisconsin, Plattville, will lead a presentation and discussion of the Jane Mayer book, "Dark Money". It is an expose of the network of extremely wealthy people in America led by the Koch brothers who hold extremely libertarian views and have used a step-by-step plan to change the American political system and influence the America we find ourselves living in today.
